  We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied in the room as well as a fridge. Shower was good, beds OK and chairs comfy. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.   Very good location, a good supermarket nearby. Ealing broadway tube and railway are withing working distance (15 min). It is a good alternative to the city centre when Picadilly line is closed due to works (as it was in my case). So due to good transport options you don't have to bother how to get to the airport. The guest ho - Location is very convenient - just 3 min to South Ealing Picadilly like station. In case of line closure there is also Ealing Broadway about 15 min on foot. Very close to Heathrow. Room was spacious and very clean. There was kettle and tea cups in the room. Bathroom was not very large, but quite comfortable. There was a good water pressure in the shower, even hot water was flowing ok.
