  We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. We slept well and it was quiet - no disturbances from other guests or from outside. The breakfast was also great, and the staff friendly. We would... hva folk sier » stay again if in the area. - The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance. Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until 10am the next day for free.

  The hotel was great - the room was lovely, not massive but more than adequate. The look of the hotel was really nice, very clean and contemporary. The price was very good value for money - although a little out of central London it really wasn't a problem as the tube station is just round the corner and goes straight in on the Piccadilly line.   The polite and accommodating staff. They provided all our needs (including securing football tickets) and pointing us in the correct direction when we inquired. The facilities were fantastic and modern; very comfortable beds and wonderfully soft towels.The location of the hotel was great. We ate at a different restaurant every evening (we stayed eight nights) and socialized with - Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.
