We had a family room for 4 and were kind of packed into the room but it worked fine - after all, we were out seeing London except when we were sleeping! Our favorite thing was the breakfasts served in the dining room each morning and the fact that they were free for our two teenagers (free for 16 and under). went from the airport to the hotel using the underground with no issues

Clean and tidy. Great value for the money. Stayed several times at different Premier Inn hotels and always have had a good experience.
The surrounding area has not much to offer, but the inner districts of London is easily accessible with tube or bus. We traveled from Heathrow with the piccadilly line and changed trains at Kings Cross to get to the hotel. Was easy enough even with a large suitcase. But is probably not to recommend in worst rush hours.

We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to
Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy
access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was
small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as
there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus
the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. & July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

The rooms were lovely and clean and have everything we needed and we all got a great nights sleep. The staff were really helpful and it was great to be able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time and after. Breakfast was really good too and set us up for our days sight seeing. All in all a lovely, clean, bright and friendly hotel, where the staff were always genuinely happy to help. was also useful to have a Tesco Express right next door.
