  Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. Our room was really nice and spacious and had a massive ensuite with a bath and a walk in shower.The staff were all lovely and the service was ex... hva folk sier » cellent. The pub was very full and busy when we returned in the evening but our room was lovely and quiet even though it was on the same floor.Excelle - This is a wonderful haven from the busy city. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.

  Very spacious and lovely flat. The staff at the Hanover Hotel (who checked us in and out) were wonderful. Nice, big, soft and plentiful towel supply. Comfortable in every way. Wardrobe (+desk +chair +silent hair-drier +warm blankets), free Wi-Fi, TV, and breakfast included in the price of the room. Really comfortable bed. We had our 9 month old with us and they upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Great location for us as we have family in Balham. Only a 10 minute walk to Balham tube station. Would definitely go back.

  It very nice and at a great price. The other hotel I stayed at recently, Nayland Hotel near Paddington was horrible and massively overpriced - Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the location was great. Within walking to distance to Pimlico Tube.
