  It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

We received a warm welcome - even though they had no record of our booking from letsbookhotel.com - luckily they had vacancies and as I had my reservation e-mail they were able to honour the price paid.The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very quiet.   Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast.   Good value for money, comfortable rooms with cosy beds. Close to Earls Court tube station. Choice of bars & restaurants close by with some supermarkets. Breakfast was ok, But for coffee lovers there is a Costa Coffee machine! There was a group of us, we hadn't pre booked so they weren't expecting us.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.
