  The refurbished ground from rooms facing caton road are a great improvement. Triple glazing and improved ventilation most appreciated by all. We always stay here on our annual pilgrimage to scotland and will continue to do so on the ground floor!!! - Good restaurant for breakfast - did not try other meals.
