The rooms really live up to the hotels name. Enormous size and very well equiped incl. fast free internett access (WiFi). Polite and service minded personel throughout. Excellent beds and good cleaning. The breakfast was very good, both in quality and variation, with lots of fresh fruit to top it. Good, frequent and cheap bus connection to the center of Liverpool.
Situated in a new business area in the surrounding of Liverpool, means dull local aera and no views. Substansly noise from the motorway, but it is efficiently shut out with closed windows. The AC worked alrigth, but made way too much noise. Without it on, the air was hardly breathable (even at 15 degres C outside). For us the solution was open windows and motorway noise.
Enjoyed our stay at The Suites Hotel very clean and breakfast excellent. Good value for money.

The staff were extremely friendly especially the gentleman that served us upon arrival at the Hotel. The Hotel was extremely clean and I would definately recommend the Hotel to family and friends.

The facilities were excellent, the pool, and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and our baby son loved it! The room was lovely and the extra area with the sofa and tv etc was brilliant with a baby it meant we didn't disturb his sleep. We got Dinner Bed and Breakfast for £95 for 1 night. The dinner was a 3 course meal and was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
The only 2 things are the showers in the pool changing area were very cold, and the drinks were very expensive (£3.50 a pint, £3.20 for a short+mixer) we had a bottle of red wine (berri estates £16.95 a bottle) which was the best shiraz I've ever had!
The spacious room and the fitness facitilies are only 2 of the many items that pull us back to this hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. We had two suites both of which were spotless. Free wi-fi in both rooms. A very good hotel at a fantastic price.
The food in the resteraunt is a bit pricey.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, due to my mobility problems they ensured that our room was easily accessible, they telephoned before our visit to see if there was anything they could help with.The suite was spotless, spacious, well equipped and exceptionally comfortable.The cot was spotless and made up with a lovely baby blanket.

Stayed for 1 night,found the hotel very comfortable. 7 miles out of Liverpool Centre,but very easy to get into Town. well worth the money and would stay here again. The rooms are very big and you have everything that you need.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, room service excellent. Having a living area as well as a bedroom made a huge difference. Living area had office space, small dining table with two chairs, two-seater settee and chair and a large television. Also a small television in the bedroom. Impressive swimming pool/leisure complex. Excellent! Highly recommended.
A fridge in the room would have been very welcome.

I thought the standard room was well presented and cant believe I managed to get a hotel room with everything I required, from a hairdryer to an iron, my room had 2 TVs and a sofa, well spaced out.
The family room we stayed in was very comfortable had everything we needed especially lots of space - breakfast was excellent very good variety available (we have a very fussy child and he loved it all!!) - the swimming pool and leisure facilities were exceptional. We were so pleased with everything and will certainly hope to stay again.
The restaurant was not open on the Saturday for food and the bar menu was quite limited nothing really for a child perhaps they could improve this with a little more variety or even kids menu
