  The room was very comfortable and the selection for breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff came and found us and directed us to the hotel and the parking and gave us recommendations for dinner. - The excellent staff working under difficult circumstances, as the people who ran the Inn had left without warning 5 days pior.

Staff are extremely helpful, we had a great weekend when we stayed & even booked an additional night. Don't go on the poor reviews as this place is value for money & yes we would stay again...   We arrived very late on Friday night and were welcomed by a very friendly and smiling Lisa. She is a real asset to Premier Inn, very friendly, helpful and a delight to have a conversation with.   The staff were exceptionally friendly and the welcome was warm and sincere. The lounge/lobby/bar area was comfortable and had free wi-fi access. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant where we also enjoyed a hearty breakfast the next morning. The hotel was pet-friendly at no extra charge. The hotel obviously caters more for mid-week business clientèle as it was pretty quiet on Friday night. - We were using Metro Inns as a stop off on the way to Bristol. The Continental Breakfast was more than enough for two and very good quality. The Staff we came intio contact with were pleasant and helpful
