we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

The staff at Artto were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent. It is across the street from the central train station and not far from the Queens Street station. I would recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. The rates were very fair for the area. -

It is obviously being redecorated as I could smell fresh paint.

great service. room was made up even when we left the room as late as 1 pm - The beds were super king size, this was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. I had a great sleep, no noise at all and I could see the motorway but didn't hear the traffic, not that there's a lot overnight anyway.
