The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.   I stayed there the night before taking an early morning flight from Stansted and the night after I arrived back in Stansted after midnight. I appreciated being able to leave very early and arrive very late. Upon my return, I had more time in the morning before catching a train back to my home in England and enjoyed the breakfast.   Everything was 100% perfect for my stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs and requirements, the room was beautiful and very well equipped and the hotel in general was kept to an extremely high standard. The contemporary decor with the old style of the building worked extremely well and the room and facilities were excellent.
