any uk hotel, let alone B&B, having such a diversity and quality of

We liked everything! We booked largely on the basis of reviews we'd
read, and our experience bears out the numerous positive comments
we'd seen. Very comfortable, well maintained and spotlessly clean,
very good breakfast, owners welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to
go into city centre, but the bus service looks good. We tried one of the
pubs recommended by the owners (about 25 min walk) and had a very
enojoyable dinner.

Tim the owner could not have been more helpful - he really went out of his way for us. the walk along the Cam into the centre of Cambridge was beautiful and there are pubs and restaurants close by. this is a much better option than staying in a hotel. You get double the space for half the price. -

The whole booking process was very easy. The house exceeded our expectations in every detail. The owner was there to meet us on our arrival and made us feel very welcome giving us a comprehensive tour of the property. We appreciated the welcome pack especially as we arrived on a Sunday evening.It also had the bonus of backing on to a park with a children's playground which our grandchildren greatly enjoyed.
