Irene was a great hostess, meeting us at the house, helping us park, showing us around the place, giving us little treats (strawberry cake)! And Irene had a brochure with other interests around North of Ireland, brilliant! It's not a huge place but was plenty big for us, 4 adults/couples. We only stayed for 1 night.
The place itself is conveniently located in Bushmills, within walking distance from the distillery (5min max), a few restaurants (you might need to book in advance), and grocery sto. alle vurderinger »
The owner, Irene, really makes this place fantastic we received a really warm welcome. Great location, great facilities and spotlessly clean. Would really recommend this accommodation for a family or group of friends wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside that makes up the north antrim coast!!! The homemade 'fluff' cake was a beautiful and delicious surprise, it added a very personal touch to a great stay.....thank you. We will be back!!!.
Very comfortable, cosy and clean. Great convenient location for local historical and geographical attractions: the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. Near to Barry's Funpark and beaches of Portrush and Portstewart, so the kids loved it. Best part was the welcome from Irene, the proprietor, who had some beautiful cake made to welcome us on arrival. Warm well-equipped bathrooms including towels.
Irene was an excellent host. She very kindly showed us all the features of her spotless accommodation and kindly made us some cakes. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we were only staying for one night. The cottage is very well equipped and clean and nicely furnished and decorated. I have never seen such kindness from a B&B owner! I would happily stay here again.
Beautifully remodelled cottage right in the middle of Bushmills - 5 mins walk from the distillery, 5 mins walk from Bushmills Inn restaurant/bar, lots of places to eat nearby, 10 mins drive from the Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge right by beautiful Antrim coast.
