Staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist in any way possible. They went above and beyond my expectation (I travel several times a year and stay in many different accommodations), to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My room was beautiful with all white linen and a very comfortable bed with unobstructed magnificent view of the ocean. Food was great, and the bar was family friendly. The staff bent over backwards to help and remained very professional throughout (even when my husband was a bit of a nuisance) The hotel was absolutely spotless, the food was top class and very reasonably priced as were the drinks. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, lots of tea, coffee, etc and nice toiletries. We have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool and this is certainly the best one by far. We will . Friendly staff, Darren, Wayne, Jo and Darren are tremendous hosts. Spotless! and the cleanliness is second to none. Very comfortable beds and the food is delicious you never go hungry (portions are exceptional) Convenience of free parking. Nothing at all was a problem, anything you requested was given. Absolutely super hotel and we will definitely be back at the first opportunity but it's a pity they are fully booked for Christmas and New Year. A very warm welcome after a stressful journey on the M62!. Cases taken to room which was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the promenade, illuminations and the Irish Sea. Bus and tram stops right outside the door and advice given on where to buy a Day Ticket at the cheaper rate - just round the corner. Excellent breakfast in very pleasant surroundings. The staff are exceedingly helpful and the breakfast is well cooked and hot when served to your table. It was a delight to stat in this hotel which is within walking distance of the town centre but far enough away not to be disturbed by the nightlife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading to this area. It was the first time we had stayed at this hotel and loved the fact that the owners were so friendly and the hotel was so clean and spacious. The guys sat with us in the sun lounge chatting away like old friends. Utterly loved our stay and wished it was longer than 1 night. We arrived 3 hours before check and they made sure we were able to get into our room within half an hour of arriving. Hotel opened in April 2013 (I believe) after a complete rebuild; our bedroom and all of the public rooms looked new. I liked the position of the hotel, the laid back attitude of the owners and the efficiency of them and their staff. I enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the fact I could have hung a dress in the wardrobe. Food and drinks excellent. Everything about this hotel was perfect for us, everyone involved where really good with us and very friendly. It is in a quiet area on the front ,but within easy reach for the main part of Blackpool we would use this hotel again. The couple running the hotel were so very kind and helpful and the room was spotless. Right opposite a tram station to save the walk into the main part of town! The room and hotel was too hot and despite opening the window, I struggled to sleep. I know that it was bad weather when we arrived, but temperatures are still relatively warm, yet the central heating was on. Only room for two vehicles to park at the actual hotel, but managed to find a spot on side road nearby so no problem. A bit further to walk into town than I envisaged, good 1/2 hour to north pier but fortunately weather was fine and felt the distance was more than compensated by location (much nicer than south end). Quite a walk out of the centre but a good walk through the jubilee gardens makes it seem not so far. Nothing. Hotel was slightly further out than I thought which meant tram rides to Tower, Pleasure Beach etc, but it didn't pose a problem and meant it was quieter than some central areas of Blackpool. N/A. Room was a little small but fine for a short stay; a chair would have been welcomed. Nothing. nothing to dislike. For the price, nothing. The fact that we had to leave to come home after only a short stay. the tram and bus stops are right by the hotel, but they could do with a crossing over the road, aS THE TRAFFIC IS HEAVY AT BUSY TIMES. THIS WAS THE ONLY THING. Being asked to donate money to various (dubious) charities. Asked to buy a £3 joke book - I was told it works the same way as the Big Issue. No chair in the hotel room - although plenty of chairs downstairs in the hotel. Obviously not the owners fault but the noise of the lift kept us awake for some time. Our room was small. However, they did try to move us but they were completely booked. nothing not to like. Nothing. nothing. nothing. Nothing. n/a. The room was very small. no light switch near the bed as the switch was near the door. Nothing!. n/a.
