I booked this hotel for a surprise for my mum and dad for their 30th Wedding Anniversary as they went to Blackpool on their Honeymoon all them years ago. And from the moment I read other reviews and booked with the Highfield I was nothing but impressed at how they went above and beyond my expectations! The owners of the hotel were extremely helpful and organised flowers, wine and chocolates to be in the room. When my parents arrived at the hotel they were very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed th.
alle vurderinger » The owner and his family were very friendly! We felt very comfortable staying there. The hotel is very close to the beach and a tram station. I could see the beach from our room's window. I left the window open at night and let the lovely sea breeze in :) I recommend this place!. Our stay was very comfortable & we enjoyed every minute. Staff were welcoming & chatty. Food was good & plentiful. The room we had was clean & cosy. We would go back to The Highfield & recommend it to our family & friends. Very close to the beach. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, comfortable big bed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The restaurant is decorated in an oriental style is very charming away. Friendly & warm welcome with offer of tea or coffee on arrival. Nice touch. Well cooked breakfast. Nice quiet location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the tram stop for access to Fleetwood or Blackpool with all it has to offer. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. It's clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great. They also have wifi in communal areas. Very friendly they even moved their car so we could park outside ! Complimentary tea and coffee on arrival and breakfast was fantastic. made very welcome excellent breakfast and dinners very cleanonly a minute from tram and bus stops 5 stars would definitly recommend. Having to leave it. room a little on the small side from what we are used to but for the price you can't grumble. did not start serving breakfast till 9am??. Front door :). Nothing. the father was rude and made the stay rather unpleasant and difficult.
