Phil and his wife are awesome host. He drove us to town and picked us up when we got lost on our way back! He also dropped us off at train station when we left. Breakfast is plentiful with options and nice cooked meals. Room is clean and decent size with good amenities. Great value for money. Alnwick castle and its garden are breathtaking sites and only 15mins walk from 4t4.

Friendly hosts,Phil and Doreen.The property is nothing much to look at from the outside but quite lovely inside with beautifully decorated bedrooms and very spacious too.The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with plenty choice.Just a short walk to centre of Alnwick.
Phil is a terrific host. He's friendly and informative. 4t4 is clean and modern with great facilities. The breakfast was good and the location was quiet with a pleasant walk into Alnwick. This B and B is good value for money and I would recommend it to my friends.
Philip & Doreen are wonderful hosts who make an extra effort to accomodate your every request. The standard of their B & B is much higher than other establishments which also have 3 stars. If you're in the area,this is the place to stay.
Excellent accomodation, great food & great hosts. Everything you needed was in your lovely rooms. The food was first class and Phil & Doreen were great hosts, who gave us loads of information on where to visit during our stay.

The room was comfortable and spotless with a spacious en-suite. The owners were very friendly and provided lots of useful information and also provided an excellent breakfast.
The hosts were extremely friendly. They made you feel welcomed and I had the best time. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was new and mordern. The location was excellent.
Phil and doreen make their guests very welcome - nothing too much trouble. Located off busy roads on a housing estate withy ample parking, the location is very quiet.
I traveled with my friend. We had a nice relax after a day of
sightseeing and photography. Hotel owner help us with return route
proposing with coupling bus and train.
The accommodation was very central to enable visiting to other places
