Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

I liked almost everything. The staff at the hotel was so nice and friendly that we weren't even charged breakfast. I would certainly recommend it, it also has a great view of the city from a dominant position on the hillside. -

Everything about that hotel is great. If I were to rate it, it must be a 7 stars hotel, one of the best around the world. The staff speak excellent English and are very friendly and proffessional. Apart from the excellent and friendly service provided by the Hotel staff at every level, we liked the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and the location of the Hotel, particularly its proximity to Florence Nightingale Hospital, which was the main reason of our travel to Istanbul from Ankara. Walking areas nearby and closeness to newly opened Marmaray Metro station to go to the European side under the Bosporus are additional positive factors about the Hotel.

Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -
Loved the amazing view of the terrace restaurant. The food was also good. Strongly recommend the fish stew!

I liked most the very helpful manager of the hotel. Not only that he was nice, friendly and helpful in the hotel but also used some of his time to take us to town to help us arrange for a fishing trip, all that without asking for any money.

It is not that difficult to come around a good hotel but a great one is always difficult to be found. Full time service, real manners, and basically working solely for you comfort. Gladly would recommend anyone to stay here, in this great comfort hotel.

Everything was good. Staff is helpful, everybody speaks English, one of them speaks Russian.Breakfast is smorgasbord. You can eat vegetables,fruits,cheeses,curd like Georgian matsoni,flakes,eggs,sausages etc. in any way you could not stay hungry.I live with my mum and she said that this hotel has great location. You never hear azan in the morning. Bedding was snow-white. Bathroom was clean. Next time I'll choose this hotel.
