Hospitality , since my arrival wellcoming spirit with everyone , every
one wants to help . I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for.
Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45
in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all
my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the
phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service
personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.

The dorm rooms and facilities are amazing with private curtains for the beds as well as some of the nicest bathrooms/showers I have ever seen in a hostel. It is centrally located in Sultanahmet or the old town of Istanbul that was formerly Constantinople.
