Personel was enormly helpful, friendly and kind. Nothing was issue for them. They arranged everything we asked.
The hotel is new and very clean. It is good situated and it offers a lot of complimentary options (for example transport to close beaches, byciles). There are good restaurants nearby and a 24/7 shop opened. Also a fitness centrum across the street.
I do really recommend this hotel! Staying here was an amazing experience.

Brilliant stay. Hotel & spa is proper 5 star, staff are very
freindly and helpful. Rooms are great wih fantastic views. Breakfast
included up to 10:15 and was really good. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk
to the beach strip, and the hotel came with free membership access to
the 2 best beach clubs on the beach strip (catch beach club and bimi
beach club). Free buggy service from the room to the reception or down
on to the beach and back. Hotel has free wifi as do the 2 beach clubs.

Mom Tri is a beautiful tropical retreat set amongst gorgeous gardens. The room was large & impecably decorated with a deck over looking the beach. It felt so private, yet close to all amenities. We loved the sea pool! The dining & staff were both superb. It was a short walk to Kata Noi & Kata. Kata Noi was our pick of all the beaches down the coast.

The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. The staff and service were top notch. The food quality and presentation
were exceptional.The room was spacious and tastefully appointed. They
even had a staff chauffeur to take us around town when ever we needed.
