  It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely. On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery. Very helpful staff.   Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.   It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! As soon as you feel too much heat, step back to room, and is chill ag - We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  Very nice beautiful grounds of the hotel, fountains, pools, plantings, paths, small architectural statues, just lovely, I am sorry that sooner turned off the lights at the pools and fountains. Chalong bay is a nice and quiet place to stay, with not too many tourists, and close to the port with boats going to Phi phi Islands. Hotel super clean, the front beach bungalows were amazing and cheap. Staff friendly, and and english Guy working there is very helpful and advised us all the tricks and places to go un the area. Rental bikes just besides, very handy

  Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them.
