  Easy check-in. Polite efficient people at frontdesk. None of the typical dramas associated with Bangkok Hotels. They didn't flash my credit card number about so anyone in reception could see.   Not excellent but brilliant! That is the word I will use to describe this hotel. We had our anniversary trip and were upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment for free! Room cleaned every day.
