  Beautiful old house full of pretty thai antiques, loved the traditional atmosphere and quirky feeling... very quiet street, the only noise was some 'opera' singer practicing in a house next door :)) the guesthouse is very quiet and aswell, which is wonderful in a city like this. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even let me stay till the evening... hva folk sier » without a need to pay for it when i needed to wait for late flight. there is a lovely shy girl taking care of daily room cleaning and breakfast cooki - Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.

  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. - Really good... hva folk sier » value for money. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!
