The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

This is my fifth time staying at On 8 over the past 3 years and I find the Management has maintained the conditions well. The hotel is clean and value for money. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.

- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city

- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling.
