on a quiet street but not too far from all the action of khao san rd. the hotel is pretty with lovely flowers.
we were able to check in at 6;30 am with no extra cost.
convenient location in banglamphu district (next to good restaurants/bars), spacious room with a/c, good value for money (for bangkok standards).
Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Friendly and helpful staff at al times..
Quiet place in the side street of the main road to KhaoSan. KhaoSan and
king palace walking distance. Free water for guests on the room when you
arrive. Simply equiped rooms - older than on pictures but clean - ok for
short stay.
mattress was really hard but had that problem everywhere.
Water was not very hot.
Charge extra % thb for payment with credit card (200thb extra on 2
nights). Price of the room is high for the value offered compared
to others.
