Budget friendly place and I checked inn at midnight but still the staff was very cheerful and kind and srved chilled water and allowed me to check inn without paying. As I hadnt exchanged my money. I recommend this place as very safe for female travellers and also near to shopping centres . very near to shopping malls , location very good and peaceful atmosphere . staff was helpful even at midnight make for me free coffee . short walk to big c and right next to j&b cosmetic world for best shopping of cosmetics. i will come back next year ...

Wifi very good and strong . it is great budget place to stay for shopping in pratunam. the staff and the owner very friendly ..and hospitality. The staff are very helpful,although they can't speak English fluently.The room is clean,although the bed is not so comfortable.The location is near bts Chit Lom. Staff. The room is good, clean and comfort, only we can find stain in our bed sheet, but because it's already late night so we don't ask to change it. The location is near to the shopping area, so only need to walk to reach that place. You get what you pay for- I had a box room aka cupboard with mattress on the floor. Perfect for me on my tiny budget but if you can afford more- do splash out!!. Good location near great shopping. Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. The location. Location. Paul the owner was helpful and the air conditioning worked well. very safe place for single female travelers . No lift . But staff carried my luggage . nothing. The hotel is little hard to find,even for local.Maybe in the website you can add cross the The Siam Commercial Bank. Most expensive double room didn't have windows!!!. There's no elevator and the stairs kinda narrow, so not recommended for they who bring big luggage because you need to carry that by yourself (coz they also not offer to bringing the luggage to your room). and also, I smell some smells in the first floor, not stink but also not good (kinda hard to define, but for me that's not a good smell). And the location is kinda hard to find. Location is too far from anywhere. Taxi drivers didn't know the area- not helpful at 3am! Staff sent me a map ahead of time with directions from the train station... No train station featured on the map so I had to take a taxi- we were lost for some time!!. Just one small blanket, very basic provisions, no fridge & drawer in toilet room hadn't been cleaned with previous razor etc. still there. Nonetheless you get what you pay for and it was good value for money & quiet location but near great shopping!. No window in the room. A very strange smell in the entire hotel. Staff couldn't speak english at all. It is very frustrating when you ask if you can print some documents and you get a Beer. We couldn't ask nothing. Location wasn't good as well. I don't mind basic comfort, but the room was full of ants and all over my bags. A lot of noise at night, I could hear every sound in the hallway at night. The toilet was not okay & nobody asked me to clean the room. One staff was not good too in relation to customer services, he didn't know how to behave a customer. Everything. I have never seen a smaller room in my life. I've seen bigger cupboards. It was ensuite too but to get to bathroom we had to step over our backpacks because with the mattress too there was no room to stand - seriously. We were offered a different room but without ensuite. Flat screen tv on wall was there but real high up and about the size of computer monitor so the five channels it could pick up were a tad hard to see. This place is for a one night bangkok stop over only I think.
