Best value for money that we could find. Private bathroom. Location was very good, close to the old Bangkok and Khao San road. Staff was always available, cheap internet. Many places nearby to eat. Just off khao san road, so the extreme hustle and bustle wont disturb you, the cafe downstairs is a great place to chill and people watch. Good location. Good wifi, seemed clean. Nice towels, good balcony, not too noisy despite location. The location is excellent, just off Khao San Road, yet far enough (5 min walk) to avoid the constant noise at night. location, quick access to major places of interest. Not too loud. Very rude and unhelpful staff, tv in the room which most channels were just black and white fuzz, shower facing directly over toilet and bathroom very small. Very hard pillows made it quite difficult to sleep. Rooms are really tiny, but I guess you can't get much more given the price. N/A. internet in my room was spotty, although they allowed me to use my computer in their internet cafe. Nothing it was ok. The bed too hard and had leather sheets wich made u sweat all the time .. The staff are not friendly and lack on customer service this need to be improve in the future.I would recommend to others if the customer service is good.. The staff are unfriendly and not helpful..no smile and always dull..if the staff improving i will recommend to others.. Room 204 - Bathroom was covered with mould and shower drain and sink were blocked, bedroom floor covered with hairs (several pubic) Huge piles of dirty sheets, towels and rubbish in corridor for all three days. Aircon hardly worked. staff, rooms too small. Poor wifi everywhere part from the ground floor and bar. Very Dirty and the shower is not separated from toilet. just location,very dirty,evenly spider nets in the room,very small room. Dirty place. Is cheap and dirty!.
