I have never stayed in a hotel with such a friendly and hospitably staff. They even helped us to organize our journey to Cambodia and gave us their telephone number in case of any troubles. The rooms are nice and adequately furnished. The hotel is located in the near of the bus station (15 minutes to walk). • The proximity with the Sky Train. • The kindness and good english of the "owner" (or of who seems to hold the place) • The Free Wifi • The possibility to leave your suitcase all day after check-out for free.

The hotel modest but adequate for a short stay. Very nice personnel, good breakfast, overall good service for this price. Good location, just 10 min from BTS train station. Clean and quet rooms. proximity to shopping district and skytrain and restaurants. - We were just spending a few days in Bangkok so we were out all the time, we needed just nice breakfast, comfortable room and wi-fi. We got it all. Stuff was very friendly, fullfilled all our requests - breakfast was really nice - location is great, we found the hotel in 5 minutes (it's located a bit in a place which remindes of a slum at night but during the day you will see that it's ok and just in the center of the city). The location actually easy to find. Bts Phaya Thai interchange to Airport Rail Link (Ratchaprapop station). Get down from the elevator, turn left straight to the end. Walking distance is about 1 minute. my third stay in 3 months because of the location to the shopping area and airport rail link. Very near to the airport link station and the shopping district (10 mins walk). Very comfortable and clean hotel. Matress on the bed is very hard and uncomfortable. none this time. - Wi-fi doesn't work in the room, only in lobby so you have to go downstears all the time - the bad sheets were with stains first night but after request they changed it - railway near the hotel wakes you up from time to time in the middle of the night as well as cocks:) - furniture is quite old, also conditioner is not very strong BUT STILL we were really satisfied with everything, it really costs the money we paid. The first time when we reached here, no taxis' driver know the location. We got cheated by paying thb400 to the taxi driver. We sent emailed to the hotel management asking for direction before we reached Bangkok. But none of them bother to reply. they did not change the bulb when I reported that it is no longer lighting. The rooms are not so clean (But passable considering the price per room). Tough to find down a dark alley. Not very close to many tourist locations. lack of the safe. Not so good rooms, too loud air condition. Smelly blankets. Some noice from another place. The bed, it's hard. The room is dirty, bed sheet with big stains. Air-condition is not cooling. Water pressure for shower slow. Room without safety box. Hotel doesn't provide hair dryer. Bath tub don't have curtain and when you shower the entire bath room floor is wet. Drinking water only will reload during room cleaning, we didn't ask for room cleaning and when we went down to reception for drinking water the reception answer don't have. Location. 'non-existent' Wi-Fi and air-conditioning system. Seemed a little dirty with bedding ...aircon centrally controlled so could not be adjusted...breakfast poor. Almost everything was a disappointment... Very hard and uncomfortable beds, noisy street, noisy airco, unhygienic shower (above the toilet), extremely ugly room with no decoration, only 4 white walls. Don't go here!. Brak internetu. hotel sttaf is Excellent But break fast surving staff is poor because taking behaviour is very bad I Recommend to other Travellers but not for Break fast Beacuse break fast is not enough for on Person and Break fast surving people are dont know how to talk customer and how to serve. The room is poor and small. Staff NOT friendly. Very dirty. I booked room with bathtub, but they give me a room with a broken shower.
