  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..   We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel.
