  The apartment and facilities were great and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We had a couple of travelling companions so 2 toilets was also good. - , A very quiet place, a full service, fantastic swimming pools, a very comfortable place.

  Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  This Hotel is fantastic ! The staff is incredibly friendly and responded to any request I had. Karan is the BEST you will find him super helpful and welcoming. The workout facilities are super, the fitness room appeared to have all new equipment and was VERY clean and well run. The pool, sauna, steam, etc. are first class. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!

  The best aspect of this hotel is that it is about 5 minutes walk to the gondola or a little more to the train station. It has an area for your skis and a warm room for your ski boots. The staff was very nice and the dinner we had there was very tastey. Breakfast was the usual European fair. It is about a 10 minute walk into town along a quiet path... hva folk sier » . The beds are comfortable. - Excellent service, friendly staff and great food. Our stay at the hotel really was the icing on the cake for the entire stay in Engelberg! I've been going to different places in the alpes for six consecutive years now and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at (regardless of number of stars)!

  This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting.   Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The welcome glass of Prosecco was very much appreciated.
