  Beautiful hotel. Felt like a luxury hotel for a modest price. I was looking for a place close to Zurich airport and this was a perfect location. Once we figured out how to check in, it was a nice surprise how nice the hotel was. - No reviews or improvements, the hotel is perfect. The rooms were really confortable and cozy.   Location was outstanding in the middle of old town Lucern. Getting there was very easy by car and a car park right across the street from the hotel. Great restaurants and pastry shops close by so you don't need to have dinner or breakfast at the hotel if you don't want. Wifi was fast. Bed was comfortable and large as was the bathroom. The price was so much cheaper for the quality and loca - We stayed in room 402, which was one of the rooms with a balcony. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! Close to all major sights and train station, but all the shops are on the other side of the river. Although we did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, is looked very nice and were full every night. Will definitly recommend the hotel to budget travellers!!

  The room was very comfortable but was situated above an outdoor seating area and being a very warm night we could hear loud voices until well gone midnight. We mentioned this the next morning and were moved to another room which was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Location- just at the pier, a short walking distance from various trails and cable cars; it's a great starting point for Mt. Rigi. There was also a supermarket close by. The room also had a lovely view to the peaceful lake. It was quiet, except for bell ringing at the nearby church, but I got used to it quickly. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

  We appreciated that we were able to check into our room early following an overseas flight. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious enough, and there was a fan.   Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.
