  Really beautifull views from the hotel! Excellent view over the lake (Vierwaldstättersee), you can watch two sites of the lake and have over 180 degrees view. Also the views on the mountains (I.E. Rigi, Stanserhorn) is beautifull. Hotel has sun in the morning until sunset! Free car park (also semi covered). Hotel is a 5 min car ride from Vitznau, ... hva folk sier » where you can park your car for €6 a day (staff can bring you as well with hotel bus) at the Rigi Bahnen car park, from there you can take the railway - The hotel has an amazing view on the lake, it's probably one of the best view points in Vitznau. The staff was very friendly! Particular thanks to the receptionist from Berlin (he's excellent example of a customer service)! I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my friends.

  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   The hotel staff was very helpful, they picked us from the train station and gave us rides to town on a few days. They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table.   Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We got upgraded... hva folk sier » as we were travelling with kids. Wonderful terrace on the lake with new lounges and tables. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.

  The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the views, well what can I say, breathtaking. As a female, business traveller, this hotel gave me a warm, comfortable feeling, as did the staff. I will definately return. A rare find. - Staff fab, breakfast great, view stunning.

  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.
