  This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting. The spa area was great - sauna, steam room, relaxing room, etc. The rooms had a playstation 3 and an iPod dock/stereo. - Very fun hotel. i... hva folk sier » Pod docks and Playstation 3's in the room, very comfortable bed, huge fluffy towels and wash cloths. Good hotel bar and great restaurant, secured parking in the hotel garage (can reserve in advance). Nice view of the lake from our 3rd floor room.

  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... hva folk sier » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.
