  Wonderful place to stay. Great spa facilities. A spectacular location right on the lake with a private beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff genuinely nice.   Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We got upgraded... hva folk sier » as we were travelling with kids. Wonderful terrace on the lake with new lounges and tables. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.

  Everything was great, very good and fresh food; friendly, always smiling staff, room with amazing views and balcony, everything was very clean :) we will definitely go back there :) - Fantastic place.   Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  Warm, comfortable, spacious interiors and rooms throughout the building. Wide stairways, large lifts - the library area with coffee machine and lounge room would serve well in winter time. HIgh quality fitted rooms and bathrooms - ours had an amazing balcony terrace overlooking the mountains. The fridge in room was a plus but no tea or coffee in... hva folk sier » room. The bed & bed linen (doonas / pillows) so comfortable. Friendly greetings everyday from staff. Hot breakfast was plentiful and served in ar - Rooms amazingly large, comfortable beds and linen, laundry facilities fantastic, great location with alps directly opposite the hotel. Food excellent, staff excellent. Waiter spoke 5 languages fluently and was extremely courteous and helpful. Owner Manager extremely friendly and helpful too. Parking easy, close to Mt Titlis and cable cars. Lifts a plus and huge balconies overlooking the mountains. Would highly recommend it.
