The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the
hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the
underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure
parking area. We stayed in a good sized executive room which had free
WiFi and had been recently refurbished, and there was a massive

The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

Everything was well organized at the hotel and the hotel staff were polite and extremely helpful. Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

I like having a "place of my own," where I felt like I was coming home in the evening and not to a hotel. Having a little kitchen, immediately makes you more "local" as you shop for groceries. Nice to get up and make a coffee when you want, instead of waiting for the breakfast to open. -

Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were
always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was
the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a
generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price
and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor
for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the
hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art
