The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

The situation of the hotel, it was right in the old town and the variety of restaurants outstanding. Because it was in busy area due to shops and restaurants thought it was going to be noisy at night but that wasn't the case. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast choice very good. Easy walking distance to main station and the Zurich Lake. Ferries also very accessible. Very enjoyable stay.

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
