  We heard about this hotel from friends. They talked nicely of it so we went there, but not well enough as they DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations. Excellent position as it is near to everything. The personnel is very kind and accomodating. We were given such a warm welcome. She was really very ill and they "cuddled" her. Th - Great room - very cosy and warm with attractive furniture and the feel of staying in a friend's house, rather than an anonymous hotel room; a lovely place in which to relax. I slept so well in the large, comfy bed, and loved the cosy window seat overlooking the street below. Cute little shower room with Molton Brown goodies! Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.

  Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception).   Very convenient to the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the Bahnhofstrasse. Also close to the Niederdorf without all of the noise. Our 4 nights there were great! - I liked my stay; good hotel, excellent location, clean room, very nice breakfast buffet.

  I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

  The location was excellent, in the Zurich Old town, very close to shopping, and to Zurich hbf and Landesmuseum. Yet, for this location rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.
