  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food.   We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite.
