  Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Staff were also very friendly & helpful! Is right near the 8/3 trams, the 3 takes you straight to the main train station -... hva folk sier » and in the city center with the 8 in about 10 mins. Well known bakery right next door & another restaurant down the street. Kitchens on every flo - Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art gallery

Convinient location (15 min to Zurich HB, 10 min to the old city) , friendly staff.Good breakfast with a large variety of cheeses, bacon, flakes with milk and yogurt, croissant. There was no queue in the bathroom. We even did not meet anybody on the floor.   Booked a single room, got a huge double one. Checked in earlier than I expected. Excellent breakfast. The location, while not excellent, is very good - the bus/tram station is right in front of the hotel, with a tram ride to the center taking 7 minutes. I had no trouble getting there even late in the evening. The staffs are friendly. The room is small and clearn, with sufficent function (esp. considering the reasonable price).

  The price is good. The room is perfect, very clean and tidy. The place is easy to get there either from airport or train station / city centre. Zurich is small, the time to go to both places is short. The staff is helpful - Excellent location! Zurich West is a great neighborhood. Great price! Zurich is the best city in the world.
