  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent... hva folk sier » , breakfast lunch and dinner - Location was great, right outside downtown. Excellent roof top patio, and lovely restaurant. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

  Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! - Staf... hva folk sier » f were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and efficient. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.
