I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Being an early riser it was a pleasure to be able to have real coffee first thing in the morning. Also fantastic location. - the hotel is very comfortable in a central location wlth all the facilities needed.

The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean. -

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
