The apartment was very new and just a stone's throw away from the famous Cathedral and Giralda. The rooms were very clean and the were even small bottles of shampoo in the bathroom and olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen. Towels seemed very new as well. We received also a key for the terrace of the building in which the reception was located (on the other side of the cathedral) to have access at any time to the rooftop terrace, from where you have amazing views. The agency also offers a bar up.
alle vurderinger » There are 3 Puerta cathedral studio/apt buildings. We stayed at the studios on Hernado Colon .The location was fantastic-easy walk to all the major sites (the Cathedral only minutes away) & shopping/eating areas.The studio was well equipped(even had laundry powder) well furnished & bright. We ended up being upgraded from Puerta Studios to Puerta Apartments. Consequently we had a nice one bedroom attico apartment across from Sevilla's Catedral. Loved the balcony deck, and being next door to Starbucks was a huge plus for a pair of Seattleites. Very very nice apartment, good location, close to Catedral and new plaza which has T1 to San Sebastian. Room is clean and tidy, kitchen is quite good for cooking if you are tired dining in restaurant. Nice balcony and noise insulation is perfect. - Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Fortunate to be given an upgrade to 1-bedroom Attic! - Spectacular view of the Cathedral - Close to the monuments. The equipment of the apartman was great. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city. the location was great, the staff were helpful . I would recommend these studios. Great and friendly staff, perfect location, central but still quiet. Almost everything. Excellent apartament and people. location is absolutely fantastic. Location. Location Equipment provided Staff attitude and service. Minor point- would be helpful to have instructions to use the washing machine/dryer available. Unfortunately,studios not the best for sound proofing as there is a central "light well" which seems to amplify noises from other guests, especially when they're cooking dinner at 11pm one night!. Wifi only worked first day. And the chauffeur who was supposed to pick us up on check out to take us to Sevilla Santa Justa train station didn't ever show up. We were able to get a taxi, so no travel problems. Everything is perfect!. - Reception is not onsite, and is normally open until 8pm. Not a problem for us as it is just around the corner. The noise from the street, therefore we cannot really open the windows. Noisy cleaning ladies (or thin door). The absence of elevators and the necessity of to do the checkin in at other address. there is no elevator. No swimming pool or lounge to read relax. No instructions for equipment Smell of drains in apartments entrance and in our studio flat Tiny size of "outside" seating area.
