I am a bit loathed to recommend this apartment as we will almost
certainly wish to visit it again and don't want to find it
fully booked!
Would accommodate four adults at a squeeze
Clean, freshly renovated and a small kitchen if needed. Cot as promised.
Location brilliant. Cross the road and straight on by the old tobacco factory, (now the university - do go through the building to have a look) and onto the Alcazar and cathedral.

Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in .
Flawless location; a clean, secure, modern apartment with excellent facilities. Only a stroll to many of the wonderful historic sites, parks and attractions that this great city of Seville has to offer (which are many and varied). Close to supermarkets and very close to the main bus station which gives you easy access to many of the wonderful town nearby.
The location was perfect -- very central. Only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and most places in Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment felt very chic and new. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful little balcony overlooking Avenida de Cadiz. Also, having a bathroom off each bedroom was great!.
Excellent service. Brilliant location. Very neat and clean interiors and fully loaded kitchen and great air-conditioning. Complete with washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board & iron, clothes drying stand. Wouldnt mind making it my home. Will stay here again on my next visit to Seville.

The apartment was very clean and it was brand new one.
Even thoungh there was the cheapest one in our Spain travel, the facilities were the best.

I am a big guy, so shower cubicle in one bathroom a bit on the small side = toilet gets wet when you shower. Problem? Not really.
We did not like the shower arrangment, it was virtually impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. No shelves in the shower for soap, shampoo etc. A simple shower curtain would be a better arrangement.
Mattress is too soft.
You may run out of hot water in the shower.
We have to call a phone number upon arrival. The staff sends the phone number by email, but in our case they sent us the wrong number. If it weren't for another guest, we would not have been able to contact the staff, since there is no reception.
We arrived in beforenoon. Unfortunately, we had to wait for an hour because of no answer during house cleaning.
There was no name plate on the wall & main door.
We found a Sock (no ours!) under a couch!!!.
It was very hard to find and there was no name above the apartments.
Just 1 key for 6 people.
NO HOT WATER--one short shower was all this place could handle
Showers are not well designed and impossible to take without soaking the bathroom
thin walls.
Dirty bathroom, very soft and uncomfortable bed mattress.
We had to wait to enter bec receptionist was not there to meet us on the
appointed time.
Apartment was dark and WiFi reception had its problems.
