Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient.
Spa was nicely equipped.

Last summer I stayed for the first time at Axor Barajas both for business (The University of Arizona, USA) and pleasure (Family European vacation) I can't say enough of the quality for the price.....it is a bargain. All of the above questions, I have answered with excellent, though in my field of education it is an A+

We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.
You need to go to the sister hotel next door for real food.

This hotel was located very near the airport and has a great shuttle
service. Also a 5 minute walk and you are at a bus stop that takes you
to the metro station. The rooms were very clean, the hotel smelled
wonderful and the breakfast was good. We stayed there our 1st night in
Madrid and booked it again for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Our son
stayed our late one night and it's about a 20 euro taxi ride from
downtown Madrid to the hotel.

Suveren beliggenhet, gangavstand til "det aller meste". - The clerk is very friendly and reliable. The security system is also perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for the upper level persons. - Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small, but nice full bathroom and great water pressure
