The apartment's location is excellent for enjoying Seville's old town. We visited during the week of the April Fair, very much enjoying the costumes and party atmosphere. Location was superb. Central Seville was within easy walking distance. There are heaps of bars and tapas places very close by for meals. The super market is 50-100mtrs up the road and there is even a French bakery selling gorgeous bread just a few shops away. The apartment we had was a studio and was quite compact but generally well equipped. The bathroom was a good size. It was nice that there was a reception of sorts, with someone onsite to answer our questions. Definitely make time to

Very nice and modern apartment. It was furnished with style. I loved the bathroom and the lighting as well.
Location is good too, just 10-15 minutes from the historical center.
The staff was very helpful and waited for us until 23:00 as we were coming from Portugal and had some problems finding the place.

This apartment totally made me a apartment aficionado. I will never stay in a hotel or B&B again.
It was spotless large and the kitchen and washing facilities were top-class. Even though we did not do much cooking everything was there.
The parking was in the same building a great plus point. w number of cafes and restaurants were around the corner. A fantastic place for a family. And the three bedrooms meant everyone had his/her space. We loved every minute and will never stay anywhere else

Over all, we were glad we chose the hotel, especially because it has a great location: Close to the cathedral and Alcazar and restaurants, and still in a quiet street. We got a room in the 3rd floor, the top floor. Maybe that is why we didn't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. It was clean in the room and in the bathroom. Plus with elevator.

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Very good value for money. I cannot think of many places in Sevilla where you can get a private double-bed room for 25 Euros per night. On top of that, there was free wi-fi, two free PCs for use, nice clean bathrooms, and breakfast included. The breakfast was not that exciting, but still very nice that it was included in the price. -

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.
