Good amount of space in the apt (except for the second bedroom, which was very small with a single bed). Cheap, safe, parking. Very helpful staff. Tip: Go right out of hotel,... hva folk sier » take first street on right, and the Lidl supermarket is down about 5 min walk. - Modern immaculately maintained complex. Very spacious apartments with superb facilities. On site underground car park with numbered space. 10 Euros/day. Excellent location. Easy and pleasant walk along river bank to city tour buses and boat trips. 15 to 20 minutes to Cathedral and Alcazar.

  This was the most perfect place to stay during my trip to Spain. It was close to the bus routes, not too far from the city center. The family running the place was very welcoming and spoke perfect English, the room, en suite bathroom and kitchen were very clean, modern and tidy and the free wi-fi had consistently good connection. It certainly was ... hva folk sier » a pleasant place to stay, they made me feel just like home. I most definitely will come back to stay there and would recommend this place to others. - Everything. This was a fantastic pension with lovely modern rooms. Bathroom was excellent. My room was great and comfortable. There was a TV living room and a small kitchenette and dining area. The breakfast was supurb with fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, and many other choices to eat. Rosa and Carlo were wonderful hosts who sincerely cared for their guests. Should I return to Sevilla i will surely stay there again.
