  We arrived past midnight into Seville. They arranged for a key pickup with a local hotel so that we could sleep and checkin the next day. Maria at the desk is amazing. (muchas gracias Maria and her staff). The rooms were exactly as in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing. Amazing property, great locati - We stayed on the fourth floor and had amazing view of one of the Cathedral arches. Amazing to see this from our living room. Apt was nice size and easily sleeps five. One BR had queen size bed and other two twins. Living room also had full size bed in a nook along with a couch. Apt was clean and nice. Reception staff was nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic!   Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Really nice place and reccommended. NB: do not attempt to take your car to the hotel - the experience of the narrow 'donkey' streets is frightening - best to
