  It was always clean. They could speak english and they were very nice and helpful. Very close to the metro and many stores. It was easy to walk around and see how really Madrid looks like everyday. The windows of our appartment were overlooking the busy street, so we got worried about the noise - well, no worries there - - Really good choice. The location is very advantageous for those who are willing to expore more of Spain and visit other places from Atocha railway station that is close to the apartment. Very friendly and responsive staff: the kettle and additional spoons were immediately provided on my request. At day time the clerk seats at the reception desk and can help you with an advice or keep your luggage after you check off.

  The apartment was neat and very well located, near the avenue of La Gran Via and just footsteps away from La Puerta de Sol, the street Hortaleza is very alive, many kind of stores are near the aparment, even a little, but very practical, convenience store where you can pack up with stuff to cook. Great value for money. - The location was wonderful and even though the staff didn't know any English, we didn't have any trouble checking in. We stayed in the family apartment with a private bathroom and there was plenty of space to move around. No crowding. The kitchenette was really helpful for keeping cold drinks and making oatmeal in the morning. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

  THis is a tiny facility with intelligent use of space in smaller quarters. The beds were quite good, the bathroom was Great. The front desk was very helpful in getting around and taking public transportation to needed areas. This is a facility above the grade of hostel and lower than a traditional hotel.   The hostel is located in the city centre, 2 minutes from the metro Opera, the Palacio Real, 5 minutes walk to the Gran via, and 15 to the Prado Museum. My window was on pedestrian street Arenal, where people are walking all night long, but it wasn't noisy, I easily fell asleep (with closed window). Very safe district of Madrid.
