  I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out. The staff at the reception was really friendly and polite! Very pationet when I asked for directiones:) I also like where the hotel is situated. Thanks for a good stay. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into providing for the needs of travellers, eg the microwave for heating snacks and the availability of info about the city.   Great location! Comfortable, good value for money. Staff was nice and helpful. There is a space that you can use for preparing breakfast and shared fridge is available. Computer with internet available. Free tea & coffee in a hostel was also appreciated for waking up and in the evening, after city walks. Super polite, super kind, told me where to go, what to visit at that time and really is so so nice person. I can imagine who is the boss of hotel if they have such a wonderful staff!   Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc. - I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.
