  I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out. The staff at the reception was really friendly and polite! Very pationet when I asked for directiones:) I also like where the hotel is situated. Thanks for a good stay. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into providing for the needs of travellers, eg the microwave for heating snacks and the availability of info about the city.   Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc. - I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.

  The Service with the staff was excellent. The lady helped me much withmy kids. She even helped me get some cash back to pay the taxi - really clean,useful kitchen and lovely staff,great great value
