The location is perfect, you can even walk into the city if you don't take the metro. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast for the price in a nice room with a view.Friendly staff. We got a room with window to the atrium and it was very quiet.

The sweetest Bolivian lady (Juhana?) welcomed us and made this wisit the best surprice in ages. The room was good value for money. There was a flatscreen and ac and plenty of space to ve around.
As said in previous comments, there is quite a bit of sound from the street at night, but the double glazing helps reduce it to a muffle.

Cleaning staff found train tickets I'd left behind in room & held onto them for us until I remembered a couple hours later that I hadn't seen them that morning when we checked out & we came back to see if by any chance they hadn't been thrown out already--hurray! Location was perfect. 5 minutes walk from the Grand Via Metro. Reception 24hrs. Maria (the host) was very friendly and helpful. Hostal Hispano takes WiFi seriously! It is strong and reliable . My room (220) was nice, spacious and quiet. Very clean and lots of fresh white towels. There's a coffee and refreshments machine in the lobby. The area were the hostel is located is terrific. My compliments to the sweet staff.
