Our stay waa fantastic, start to finish. The apartment we stayed in (one bed duplex) was fabulous - very clean, modern, and had everything we could have wanted to make our stay very comfortable. When we arrived the guy that checked us in was amazing! He was genuinely friendly, pointed out all the places we had to check out and his recommendations were great. The apartment that we stayed in was superb. Very comfortable, perfect for a couple. The furnishings were excellent. Location was also amazing. I strongly recommend people stay here when they visit Madrid.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Beautiful apartment overlooking busy Fuencarral, so perfect to watch the world go by and right at the centre of things. Great with kids, lots of space and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help- arranged airport transfer, stored our luggage on our last day, extra blankets.
